How to prepare :
Pour 2 dl cold milk into a bowl and add the Freia Chocolate Mousse Powder. Using a hand mixer, whisk ½ min at low speed until the powder is evenly distributed in the milk. Continue whipping for 2 ½ min at full speed. Put the mousse cold for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with Freia Chocolate Topping or other Freia chocolate.
For an extravagant version, replace 1 dl milk with 1 dl heavy whipping cream. Mix as above, but with only 1 dl milk, and fold inn the already whipped heavy cream.
