Pinnekjøtt birch sticks (Bjørkepinner / Pinnekjøttpinner) 20 pcs

Traditionally, the norwegian dish of pinnekjøtt (cured lamb ribs), is prepared in a large pot with birch sticks in the bottom (bearly covered with water) to keep the meat from searing. The meat is then cooked by steam for 3,5 -4 hours.
