The taste of elk is accentuated by juniper berries and other spices, which brings to mind forests and mountains. The product contains 40% elk as well as juniper berries and some garlic. A powerful experience with a deep red colour. The product has a specialty label, which guarantees, among other things, Norwegian fresh raw materials.
100 g of finished product contains 145 g of elk meat (37%), pork and beef, lard, salt, irradiated spices (incl. juniper berries and garlic), starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid e300, sodium ascorbate e301), preservative (sodium nitrite e250).
