A cured sausage with a distinct taste of chanterelle and mushroom, and with hints of juniper and black pepper. Perfect for all dishes with cured meat. The product is a typical TIND product. Contains, among other things, dried chanterelle and mushroom. Like all other TIND product contains little salt (4.7 g) and little fat (29 g).

100 g of finished product contains 143 g of pork and beef meat, salt, mushroom mixture (2%) (chanterelle, mushroom, chanterelle aroma, rapeseed oil), irradiated spices, starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid e300, sodium ascorbate e301), preservative (sodium nitrite e250).
