In Elg og Einerbær you get the taste of game from elk, which is enhanced by juniper berries and other spices, and which reminds you of forests and mountains.

Forest mushrooms for 100 g of finished product we use 143 g of pork and beef meat, salt, mushroom mixture (2%) (chanterelle, mushroom, chanterelle aroma, rapeseed oil), irradiated spices, starter culture, antioxidant (ascorbic acid e300, sodium ascorbate e301), preservative ( sodium nitrite e250).
